Chase End Hill is the hill at the southernmost end of the ridge of the Malvern Hills. Just as the northern end is marked by End Hill, so the southern end by Chase End Hill. The summit of Chase End Hill is on the border of Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, just to the south of the tripoint with Herefordshire. A trig point marks the summit.

The southern end of the Malvern Hills is far more gentle than the northern end, though Chase End Hill reaches a respectable 627 feet above sea level.

South of the hill, the Malvern ridge calms down and soon ends, its last hurrah in a rounded hill at Haye's Coppice (SO755347). To the west the Herefordshire hills are assertive, but on the Worcestershire side the land descends to the plains of the Seven Valley.
