Derrymore is a small village (and a townland) in County Antrim, standing on the shore of Lough Neagh.
The village is a linear settlement comprising residential development and a primary school, but no other community facilities. The 2001 census recorded a population of just 243.
The name of the village is from the Irish language: Doire Mór meaning "Great oak-grove".[1]
