East Harting is a hamlet in Sussex, on the South Harting to Elsted road four miles south-east of Petersfield.It has no church, but is part of the Parish of South Harting.[1]

History

The hamlet is listed in the Domesday Book. It included in the large Manor of Harting along with South Harting and West Harting.[2]
