Puxley is a hamlet in Northamptonshire, in the south of the county, six miles west of Milton Keynes; the latter a town across the border in Buckinghamshire.

The hamlet is to be found just under a mile north of Deanshanger (to whose civil parish it is allocated) and a mile west of Old Stratford on the Buckinghamshire border and on Watling Street.
