Botwnnog is a village and parish in Caernarfonshire. It is in the midst of the peninsula of Llŷn, amongst rich farmland. The parish had a population of just 955 at the 2001 census.

Botwnnog lies between the larger villages of Mynytho and Sarn Meyllteyrn. It has two schools (one primary and one secondary), a medical practice and farms.
