Elloe Wapentake, shown within Holland, Lincolnshire

Elloe is a wapentake in the Parts of Holland, the south-east division of Lincolnshire, adjacent to the borders with Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. It had a population of 79,440 in 2011. It is bounded by Kirton Wapentake to the north; and by Ness and Aveland wapentakes in Kesteven to the west. To the south-east lies Norfolk; to the south, Cambridgeshire; and to the south-west, the Soke of Peterborough in Northamptonshire.

It comprises the following ancient parishes:
