West Worlington is a small village in the midst of Devon, found on the north bank of the Little Dart River about two miles west of Witheridge. In the parish is the historic estate, formerly a separate parish,[1] of Affeton, the ancient seat of the Stucley family.

The parish church is dedicated to St Mary. The village is one parish though with East Worlington, the parish church of which is also dedicated to St Mary.[2]
