The Bean Peaks looking towards Cape Zumberge

Bean Peaks are a group within the Hauberg Mountains along the Orville Coast of southern Palmer Land in the British Antarctic Territory. They rise to 4,281 feet above sea level and include Carlson Peak and Novocin Peak.

These mountains were photographed from the air by the United States Navy in the 1965-67 season, and mapped from air photographs by the United States Geological Survey. They are named after Lawrence D. Bean, construction electrician, the United States Antarctic Service, 'South Pole Station', winter 1967.
